Other Services

Footcare Service

Age UK East Sussex have now handed over their Footcare services to Glynis Henderson, a trained podiatrist. Glynis continues to provide the same service, making all the appointments as usual. She offers appointments on Tuesdays. Please contact her on 07717 167544 for details.

Room Hire

If you would like to hire one of our rooms, please ring Alex any week day morning between 9.30am and 1.30pm on 01273 476469 or you can email leweshouseoffriendship@gmail.com.
With the start of the Autumn term our lounge is booked on most days, but as you see below, we also have a large room upstairs available to hire.  Our reception is also available to hire in the afternoons and evenings.

The Old Snooker Room on the first floor is now available to hire. As the room was being used less and less for snooker, the Committee decided that it would be better to redecorate and furnish the room so that it can be used for a range of purposes. The snooker table has gone to a new home in Swansea and the redecoration is complete. We have kept some of the snooker paintings as a reminder of the room's past use. The final game of snooker was played in July and the winner was presented with a packet of Lewes House of Friendship biscuits.
